My 200w heater exploded tonight!

I have a Fluval Roma 200 litre, and have ordered another tonight. What can I do in the meantime? I have a 25w heater, will this suffice until my new one is delivered?

If your home is heated, the heater only needs to keep the chill off when temperatures drop. A 25W will not be enough to keep a tank that size warm but unless you have sensitive fish they should survive a few days of cooler than ideal temperatures. The ones that really prefer warm water will hang around the 25W to stay warm until you get one going that can heat the whole thing. In the meanwhile, you could help by insulating the tank with a couple of blankets so the heater can get more done. The lighting on a tank also provides some heat, it's all we used when I was a kid, so you can help by having the lights on more than usual.

If its not somebody's bedroom you could also try overheating the room a bit with a spaceheater if you've got one.
