Having A Problem With My Pleco......

I have a 20 gallon freshwater tank with cichilids, a crayfish, and one pleco(excuse my spelling). I found my pleco with an eye that is white. It might be an infection of some sort but im not sure.... If I could get some feedback on this I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

IMO 20 g is way too small, What sort of cray is it? claws and fins don't mix.
