As for the OP's latest question, you cant have angelfish with bettas. But you can put rams with either one.

Angels will fin nip the betta I'm afraid so it would have to be either angels or betta with your' bolivians.

Yeah im going to go with a couple Angels and set up a 10-20 gallon community tank with a betta.

If you wish to keep neons and rams together bolivians are your only choice. Blue rams (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) need higher temperatures and must be kept in a PH range of 5-6 and GH of 0-12
