I also got myself a mediocre 10 eggs some time ago and had a success rate of 4 adults..... They grow very fast, but do not live beyond 2 to 3 months, but it is fun to see them grow.
I used a very shallow (Small) bowl with fresh water... (I used distilled battery water with 20% pond water).... had a trickle of aeration in there and a (rather) strong light to one side of the small container..... the temp was kept low (below 21Deg C)
I assume they provided some foods with your eggs.... (a reddish flour mixture).... this was added (a trickle of it) about 12 hours after inserting the eggs.... (Fairy shrimp eggs is also a good starter food).
It was about 18 hours when I noticed the few swimming around. As I said... they are (amazingly) fast growers and I placed them over to a 18" tank within 3 days.... They do grow at different rates and are prone to cannibalism..... so if any grows faster than the rest... they have to be separated for size.... Do not use coarse gravel as a base..... but a finer sand basis (like pool gravel).... you will see spawning activities as they dig into the sand to lay eggs below it..... (don't need a male and female to reproduce..... one Triops can lay fertilized eggs)..... I did not preserve the eggs to start a new culture, but that can be done if you remove the sand .... dry it out and start from scratch.
Good luck with yours.
