Has My Tank Finished Cycling?!

I woke up this morning to check my reading and i have ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 80+. Yesterday my nitrite was at 5ppm so i did a small waterchange to hopefully kick start the cycle (nitrite was brought to 1-2ppm) and now i have 0 on ammonia and nitrite. Will it be ok to do my big waterchange and go and buy some fish today?

actually double checking the nitrite shows it to be at around 0.1ppm. should i wait for this little bit to drop to 0 or do my waterchange now? Thanks

you need to dose and test every 12 hours for a week if i recall with a fishless cycle. I would have a read of the advice again in the beginners forum and double check.
