I've just fed my community tank frozen brine shrimp soaked in garlic guard as I do normally.
I noticed one of the cardinals floating to the surface, barrell rolling then sinkining with what appeared to be brine shrimp sticking from its mouth.
This happened several times so I tried to intervene.
I've netted him and his gills were still moving so I carefully tried to remove what was sticking from his mouth.
I managed to remove what certainly looked like a piece of brine shrimp but there still appeared to be some still there.
He is practically lifeless now and I'm pretty sure he's a gonner.
Never seen anything like this before.
Am I to assume he has choked to death?
Thanks
Alison
He's dead!
