i did sell lee from corys, 4, u
a load ov my blacks when i breed them and he riped me off with money and still ows me that was over 6 months ago now
he goes under the nane geezer2008 on here now as thats how he contacted me

just started the dispute through paypal, it gives him 20 days to return his answer. the only thing im worried about or unsure about is if he has stopped his email account and website i dont know how paypal can contact him......

i think that corys,4,u should be named shamed and have his bollocks cut off what a tosser!

the owner Lee got in touch with me after a fish order request saying he would sell me 4 of his own personal stock as the shop had sold out and he didnt know when he was going to get any more in. wow, what a kind gesture. after paying over £60 on august the 26th i still have no fish.......... his email has been removed and he doesnt answer his mobile 07722463946 or landline 01274900486. after starting the whole order enquiry i got emails either the same day or next day and contact was never a problem. they were due for delivery on a wednesday but i emailed him and told him i would be out, after getting no reply i was worried that the fish would be sent and not received so after numerous attempts of phoning him i got through on tuesday morning and actually spoke to him..... he said they were boxed up ready to go but would put them back in the tank and we arranged a saturday delivery. he gave me a story about hid fish house being broken into and his laptop and phone were stolen and his web site had been deleted which i guess is do-able, so i waited in and took the day off work and nothing arrived now i still cant get hold of him and have started a dispute with paypal and am hoping to get a refund.
i have since heard that he has not paid other people for stock sent to him and still owes them cash.....
this is no way to run a business and i am putting this message on here to warn people away from him, he has even been banned from this forum too for other reasons!
i hope the admin on here let this go up as i dont want other people getting hard earnt cash taken from them.....

I have his address so if it comes to it maybe a little trip to Bradford may be on the cards......

if anyone lives near his shop in bradford is there any chance of popping by and seeing if he is still open for business please, would love to know....

I checked his website and it hasn't been 'deleted'.
It seems like he basically hasn't paid his bills and so his internet hosting has run out. Automatically the website is taken down/unaccessible.

Overall it looks like perhaps business wasn't going well and he has either A) Done a runner or B) Gone bankrupt but not registered it through the proper channels.
Just speculating, but this is what it looks like.

yeah, as i stated he told me he was broken into and had his laptop and phone robbed and whoever did it erased his website and email......! i fell for it at the time as i knew no better. he said he had it all backed up and was in talks with someone in the U.S about getting it back on line. that was over a week ago. i dont know much about how websites work so gave him the benefit of the doubt.....
i dont think its looking good for him or me to be honest............

How did you pay, if it was paypal (I'm guessing it was with what you wrote) or if it was a credit card then I think you might be covered by buyer protection.

But who knows.

yeah it was paypal. if his email has been deleted though im not sure how people at paypal will contact him.... i guess ill have to wait and see!
