Hardiest Gourami

Whats the most hardy Gourami that will fit in a 29g tank (way understocked, so I have room)

I think the hardiest ones are the three spot gouramis, but pearls and honeys are not too fussy either. Dwarfs are hardy when it comes to water characteristics, but are inbred in many areas, which makes them vulnerable for diseases.

Some pearl gouramis would go nicely in that tank, and they're hardy.

I wouldn't even risk getting dwarf gouramis as most of them are full of disease.

Yep.... Hardiest I know would be three spot Alias Blue Gourami; Alias Cosby Gourami...
