Hard Water Shrimp?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 100+ Gallon display tank which contains African Cichlids, however, I have a sump and within the sump I have a refugium at 10 Gallons, my water is 8.2 PH (stable) with the the water at 80 (stable, even during water changes).

Do I have any shrimp options?

Cichlid tank not really, just a tasty snack.
Refugium, you may be fine there, I'm not sure the hard water will do harm as they use the minerals for their exo skeleton. although 80° may be too warm.

For sure, they will not have access to the display tank, I just wanted to make sure I am covering all angels here!

Question: Common shrimps (perhaps someone can guide me in the right direction) - What is the typical tank water temperature?
