Harassing Guppy?

I've just released my new male guppy into my 30L biorb with 2 mollies, 3 swords and 3 platies (all females) and he's been pecking at one of the platies anal fin. Is this because he wants to mate with her? Is there anything I can do to stop him from doing it and harassing her further?
Any information will be much appreciated!

After watching him for around 10 minutes, he's actually chasing everyone, including the babies!
I'll be putting in some extra cover for the ladies but keep an eye on him, just in case

Im afraid male guppies are notorious sex pests! He will chase everyone trying to find a mate! Hopefully you have enough fish in there to keep it spread around so no one fish gets hassled too much. Theres nothing really you can do unless you want to put at least 3 female guppies in and be prepared for lots of babies!
