You have a very nice looking comet goldfish. If you have two like that one I would be placing them into a 30 gallon, about 120 liters, or larger tank. The tank will seem enormous at first for such small fish but as they grow toward their ultimate size, you may well find that you are crowding them and an even larger tank will be needed for them to seem right in it.

I am moving towards getting a pond in the back garden for the goldfish while I have a much larger tank (100 litre) downstairs which I am preparing for tropical fish.

I have also found what I hope is a better LFS that specialises only in fish (Coventry Aquatics). So I will be going there in future rather than the other place.
