Yes, they will, as with most online merchants I have looked at, if you take some photos as evidence (unopened bag, for instance), they will resend. What's frustrating is that I now have to wait until Tuesday, as that's my next available day to receive them. My existing female will just have to wait a bit longer for some buddies.

Anything unusual happen during their shipment, such as delays?

I'm on the verge of ordering some rare fish myself for delivery by courier for the first time, not sure how I would cope opening a DOA box, I'd be sick to the stomach.

I had cherry shrimp delivered today.
Love the way the postman was tipping the box upside down and stuff trying to scan it.

I'm on the verge of ordering some rare fish myself for delivery by courier for the first time, not sure how I would cope opening a DOA box, I'd be sick to the stomach.

Nope, nothing unusual - ordered yesterday, received mid morning today. I'm in the fortunate position of being able to skive off from work when I want/need to (the benefits of owning your own business, trust me, there's a downside too!), so I went straight off home, to get them in to their new home. They were in the box for 20 hours maximum.

I have had mail-order fish previously without a problem, albeit with a different seller. Plenty of other people on here swear by mail order, that's what convinced me to try it the first time.

Ive read the same, a lot of people seem to mail order their fish??!

I'm quite new to keeping tropical, so the thought of mailing fish seemed nuts to me, but having read that most seem to have success, its something Ive started looking at. But as above, I'm not sure i would be happy about DOA boxes

I hope they get you some better specimens out soon!

I did and then my misues said to him they are alive in that box then I clicked on they where my Shrimp

Thing is, fish are mail ordered to your LFS, difference is, they use their own couriers or real live couriers which means they are not thrown about. Standard royal mail delivery is gonna cause a lot of stress for fish, you can normally get fish ordered in from your LFS, but rarer species, like the OP ordered are harder to come by. Its ok to take a risk as the OP would have no doubt given them a better life than normally, unfortunately in this case the risk didnt pay off which is a shame...
