Guppy With Parasite Or Bactiral Infection?

Hi guys i have a female guppy and on one side of her abdomon she has like a hole inside her under her skin is it a parasite or a internal bactrial infection

I dont know whether its a hole but looks like one cant see any organd just a light brown patch its not protruding out her body but its under her skin any ideas?
