Guppy Trouble

Hi, my guppy has two strange white bumps coming off the end of his tail, one at the top and the other at the bottom. They are flat, the same thickness as his tail. Does anybody know what this is and how to treat it?

This sounds like a fungus... But I'm not sure do you have pictures?

It is most likely ick. You need to buy med for that. Make at least a 50% water change and clean the gravel of possible.

Well I'm currently treating my tank for white spot but I think it could be fin rot because they have started to make his tail raggy. Where they were the tail is getting uneven. I don't really know how to explain it. I will try get a picture for you.
