Ok your reading are good but what are they? as this will help more.

I would do a water change as this always helps, and then treat with an anti fungal to stop any infections setting in.
Melifix would be great. Or somthing based on malicate, perhaps myxazin.

He should recover quite quickly.

Nitrate is 0?

thats better than tap water, are u sure?
Or are u using carbon in a filter?


I would still do a water change and treat the fish when u can. they should be fine though.

It looks like you have almost no nitrates in that water. Fresh water changes are always a good thing when treating damaged fish to help them heal well. Do you have a lot of plants sucking up all of the nitrogen in the tank Loullabelle?

Weekly water changes are always a plus as long as the new water is dechlorinated and close to the same temperature as the tank.
