Guppy sick?

Ok what in the world is going on with my lady guppy. She’s been perfectly fine until tonight now I notice she’s not swimming much or she’s resting on the bottom and it’s like her back half is limp? Ugh! I’ve attached a video

Have you added anything to the tank in the last 2 weeks?

What is the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of the water?
What sort of filter do you have?
How often and how do you clean the filter?

What other fish are in the tank?
Is the guppy eating?
What does its poop look like?
