I just noticed in the last few days one of my guppies floating at the top of the tank with his tail hanging down. It seems all of the other fish are perfectly fine. He still eats if I feed him shrimp right out of a dropper, and seems active-ish. He tries to swim around and chase other shrimp, but it looks as though he cant use his tail at all. I included a picture also. It seems like he cant right himself, he always wants to flip sideways and his tail does not work well. I think he may just be injured, but I dont know what I should do. I'm afraid I may have to euthanize him if he cannot swim or eat :(. Thank you all for any help.

29g tank, 6 guppies, 2 platys, 1 angelfish.

I see what you mean.

Size of tank in gallon or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish.

Tilting to oneside, and the tails look like it weighing the fish down in the water can be swim bladder.

Does the fish look bloated or skinny.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed.
