Guppy not well

Woke up this morning to one of my guppies lying on its side on my water sprite. One other is staying close to the heater. The other two are happily swimming around

Looks sort of terminal doesn't it?
I've never seen a fish recover from that sort of problem

yeah it dosnt look good. Not sure what the red "sore" like thing is on the side...

unfortunately, i couldn't get a better picture. Yesterday morning both the remaining guppies were fine but when I got back from church, the last new guppy was dead and almost half eaten

What are the parameters of your tank? Are these all new fish to your aquarium?
