Fish Herder
My guppy just had a batch of 10 fry this afternoon 
...which is fab!!
And just after she looked slim again but still had a very vivid and large gravid spot.
I turned up the temp to 80degrees as it was only 76 in there. Just checked on her and she looks like she going to drop again in the next few days
Is this normal? I'm totally amazed
.. she looks really well and has been swimming around alot and just had her supper with no problems.. But she just seeems to be growing again before my very eyes as she did when I brought her home from the shop. That was wednesday and she only looked a few weeks preggers.. and today I have fry ..What's going on? I was going to put her in the main tank tomorrow, but I don't think I dare now
Is this fish a supper mum or what
Any ideas?
I was aware they could hold back fry until it was more suitable for them to give birth..and also store sperm so they don't have to mate every time ...but really... I'm totally amazed Has this happened to anyone else?
