Guppy Became Ill Overnight

Well my 3 month old guppy was fine yesterday at lights out, then today when the lights came on she was clamping her fins slightly and rubbing on ojects within the tank, i will do my best to be as detailed as possible. i have seperated her in a water tight container within the main tank.

Tank size: 15 Gallon
Sorry have no water stats as the last kit ran out and i have yet to get a new one
tank temp: 24/5

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
started rubbing on ornaments, slight clamping of fins, white patch on head, looks like a burn

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 25% on Sat

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:

Tank inhabitants: 5 guppies, 4 female bettas, 5 neons, 1 amano shrimp

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): Shrimp from LFS and bettas from another tank

Exposure to chemicals: only water safe

Is the white patch raised? Is it sunken in?
Do you have a heater in your tank?
Could it be ich?

it isnt raised or sunken, it just like when you bern your self at first it just goes red, but hers is white, sure its not ich as i have dealed with that before and yes there is a heater in the tank

If it is heater burn, which seems like it may be. You will want to keep the fish isolated. Add some stress coat as to help with protecting the area affected by the burn. Also you could treat with an anti bacterial/fungal medication to prevent anything else from occurinng. Be sure to keep the tank the sick fish is in extremly clean, so he/she cannot get infected.
