I have 2 guppies in a 1.5 Gallon tank, I set the tank up yesterday morning and added the guppies to it last night. Now they are hanging in the bottom corner of the tank opposite side of the filter. I have only added AquaSafe (to dechlorinate the tap water) and a pinch of aquarium salt. Are they still getting settled in or do you think something is wrong? The only thing I could think of that could be wrong is maybe the PH is to high or low (Im gonna test it soon today) I believe Guppies like in the mid to low 7s right?

I'm not too sure what ph is best for guppies but was your filter cycled? And I didn't think guppys needed salt? If your filter weren't cycled then there could be an ammonia spike happening and that's what making them like that some one else will be along with better knowledge than me

Did you cycle your tank, the guppies are probably like that because they are being poisoned..... And TBH that tank is WAYYYY to small for guppies :shout: Oh yeah, and look in my sig (below my post) for the bigginers resource center, and info about cycling should be in their..... I highly recommend that you take the fish back and get a larger tank, 1.5 gallons is too small for anything other than a shrimp

Guppies don't need salt.
Your tank is also too small for them.
Please look on the beginners section on cycling
