Guppies ich and fin rot what should I do

Hello this last week I thought it was ich but I do not know anymore it has killed my other 3 guppies this is the last one that is alive it seems to be doing ok not good obviously I do not know what it is it is rotting the fins and they are getting white dots should I get Melafix what should I do?

Make sure you do not have fin nippers in your tank. You can treat with aquarium salt. It's better than melifix.

Can't say I've dealt with ich, but from some people I know the imagitarium parasite remedy works real well. And for the fins I find Betta fix works for all fish
