If your GH (general hardness) of your water is high enough, yes to all of those except for the majority of corydoras. There are some corydoras that will be ok in harder waters.
There are products you can add to your water (at water change time) such as Shrimp King's Shrimp Salt for example.

As I've said before in another thread, ignore the KH. It''s GH you need to look at.


All KH does is react with acidic things in the tank to stop the pH changing. It does not affect the fish we can keep.

GH is calcium and magnesium and these do affect the fish. We need to match the GH the fish need to the GH of the tank water.

What are the tank dimensions (length x width x height)?

What is the GH (general hardness), KH (carbonate hardness) and pH of your water supply?
This information can usually be obtained from your water supply company's website or by telephoning them. If they can't help you, take a glass full of tap water to the local pet shop and get them to test it for you. Write the results down (in numbers) when they do the tests. And ask them what the results are in (eg: ppm, dGH, or something else).
