Just a note that I found some really useful harvesting tips for micro worms.

And the basic idea is that you place a piece of paper towel or similar over a small section of your culture once it's really got going. Leave overnight and in the morning it'll be covered in worms. Better yet they're be practically free of the oatmeal/yeasty mixture and you get a large amount in one go. You can either rinse the paper in the tank (risk getting some culture in though) you're feeding or scrape it off with a spoon or similar.
I thought of an improvement though, which is to use a painbrush to 'brush' some worms up from the paper towel. Then you can put it straight into the tank without risk of contamination from the mixture the worms live on.
The alternative (in small cultures), is to place a second slightly smaller piece of paper on the first piece. Apparently it was too thin a layer of worms for them to easily be scraped off. And this allows you to safely avoid any culture mixture getting in the tank you're feeding.
Edit: Just to add, sorry for all those who have already come across this. But 99% of sites I read said scraped the worms off the side as they climb up. No a single one seemed to have come across this method which makes me think that it's not be very widely spread around the fishy community.
