anybody know why? it's just a normal tiger barb but it's turning a little bit green.

Probably normal. I had a normal adult tiger barb.. it shimmered green towards the back end. More of one side than the other. Maybe it carries a gene that causes green color? Just a guess.

it looks like the black stripes turned green.

There are "green" tiger barbs, so it might have gotten a bit of the green gene.

maybe he is halk  LOL

ok, now it's weird because now they're all turning green and two of them are not with the others and whenever they try to join the others they just get chased away.

Uh oh, could be breeding behavior!

I knew that.

what, the hulk thing or the reason the tiger barbs are turning green?
