Green Terror

I haven't been here in a while, sorta put my fishkeeping on hold while ive been at uni.
I got this green terror (a gold saum im almost certain) a couple of months ago and she wasn't in too good a shape at all. but here she is after a couple of months of attentive care

I'm certainly no expert, but your GT looks like a hybrid to me. Just look at the elongated face and lack of a cock (hump on the head).

first off its KOK not "cock". thats something else all together. and juvies dont have them. sometimes they dont grow out at all.

There is something with that terror , face seem's elongated and the tail lacks the orange...

These guy's often cross breed with blue acara's

interesting, its aout 6" i suppose, i have been trying to work out why it hasn't got a hump yet. I didn't realise its face was so elongated, i'd never compared it to others before as its my first.
I've just had a look at a few pictures of some blue acaras, it does share many similarities.

As stated before these fish usually get the nuctual lump as they mature<males usually get this but female's have also been known to get it aswell, i had a green terror/blue acara mix a long time ago......iam off to find pic's, was very similar to my now golden saum...

what makes you think that first one is a mix with a blue acara? did you breed it?

No but there was about 20+ user's on here and mfk that told me it was a deffo mix......
Iam was never sure, mod's on three site's told me same thing

Maybe its easier to see in this pic, im starting to think its just a plain blue acara, as ive done some research and its traits especially its realative peacefulness suggest so

Have to agree its not a 'normal' blue acara or green terror, the body shape is wrong, especially around the head. The latest picture you posted shows this quite well.
