Green Algae

Ok so first i had a problem with brown algae which i got under control but now its green and its spreading fast. how do i control this?
pls pls pls help
i really wish i had not bought such light colour gravel.

OK u have any sunlight hitting the tank. Or any green substrate in the tank. Btw how did u get rid of the brown algea i have the same problem.

Do you have real plants? How long are your lights on for?

not much sunlight but a little for a short period of time.

i got rid of the brown by starting regular gravel cleaning then i added a sailfin plec, he loves the stuff, how ever they will get pretty big so i am told so you need a pretty big tank to keep them. also my mollies act as a good clean up crew.
