Greedy Bettas

I put a BN in with my female bettas a couple of days ago, i poped a Algae Wafer in for the BN last night thinking they wont eat that, how wrong, woke up this morning and they where huge. They must of spent most of the night eating the wafer i've never seen there bellies so big no food for them for a while i think.

Yep bettas are the only fish (apart from goldfish) they will carry on eating even thought they might be hungry. Well if I was them I would of swam a couple of time the tank to burn the fat of so I got another meal haha.

There gonna have to do the laps round the tank as well as go on some sort of slim betta plan, It was there loss i was gonna give them bloodworm this morning. The bad thing was they still came over to the front of the tank begging for food when i turned the tank light on.

LOL I only seem to have fish that constantly beg. Calcifer has learnt what the betta biogold packet looks like and rushes over. Couple of laps get them going
