Gouramis Eye Has Gone Massive

Hiya,

i've just noticed that my blue dwarf gourami's eye has swelled out and looks like it might burst. One eye looks normal but the other is bulging

Anyone know why or whats wrong with him. Also his general behaviour is strange and his fins are all spiked out??
