Hello Iam a first time poster but long time visitor.I recently got 3 Three spot (Blue) Gourami (1 male and 2 female )and I want to breed them.My question is will a pair breed with another female present?

And if not is a female Three spot compatible with a male Paradise fish?

If you already have a pair of gouramis, I wouldnt upset them by adding another as for the compatiblility I am not sure sorry.

Yes they will breed.
Infact, it can help to persuade the female to breed if there is a competiter around.
I use that tric if a betta female is hestiant to breed with the male. I put another female in the tank to make the other female "jealous".
