Gotyla Algae Eater

I am struggling to find a good source of information on the best care for this fish. Is anyone able to provide a source or post information below? I would simply like to know more about the Garra Gotyla.

If you find information about the genus (Garra) you can usually take some of that information and use it on most of the species in the group and it might give you somewhere to start.
