I am struggling to find a good source of information on the best care for this fish. Is anyone able to provide a source or post information below? I would simply like to know more about the Garra Gotyla.

Not really an emergency as there's nothing I can do about it, I have no hospital tank or anything... My garra rufa is on his belly spinning round the same way, his body seems permanently bent to the left, his nostrils and eyes are bulging and just now his face is changing colour, has a red...
