Moved On
Well after going into a highly respectable fish retailer a couple of miles down the road from me they had a few big tanks with various malawis in so i thought best to go for species that have been together for a while and were not showing any signs of aggression plus with some sound advice.
Going with the funds i had, ( and the malawis werent cheap )
I ended up with 5 Labidochromis caeruleus, 4 Pseudotropheus socolofi one of these being the albino form, A pair of Pseudotropheus Acei (Yellow Tail Acei) and a pair of Aulonocara jacobfreibergi.
All of them are roughly the same size aswell
All are getting on fine and have been in now for a few days
Will take piccies soon and post em
