Today, I went to a fish shop with dad and got a lovely Betta.
There where 2 in the tanks already and i asked if they had any more, the guy had a look and said he would look out the back aswell.
He came back with 3 small cups with a Betta in each
I felt so sorry for the little things I had to get one. I wasnt planning on getting one so soon but I had to have the beautiful red male with lovely long fins.
I snapped it up and also got 2 Pepper Cats for the same tank.
I put them all in and turned off the lights before I went off to work, but when I came back and turned the lights on 4 hours later my Betta was in my cabonga plant not moving
i thought he was dead, i got the net out and gave him a little prod and he moved
He slowly started to move around now but he seems to be very upset, not sure if it was because he was in a cup or what, but hes slowly coming to.
I dropped some blood worm in hoping he would eat a bit but he didnt move and my Head and Tail Light Tetras and Cats got it.
Is he ok?
