I've received my co2 regulator and hooked it up to my extinguisher but one of the gauges isn't working  (the one that indicates cylinder pressure - prob the more important of the two). Everything else is fine and i've now got it all up and running. I've contacted the vendor but as it was bought via ebay from malaysia (aquamagic) I'm not sure what they can do (awaiting a response) as sending it back will be high in postage and I can't see them sending a replacement without getting the old one back - maybe I'm misjudging them, we'll see.

Anyway, if the worst comes to the worst I can always buy a new gauge but I'm struggling to find anyway that does this particular size/pressure range (40mm dial, 3/8" base fitting, reading 0-2000psi). Does anyone know anywhere I can find such a beast (at a reasonable cost)??

many thanks
Stuart

I would wait for a response from Mike at Aquatic Magic. He's a very fair chap, and will probably either ask you to send the item back or just send you a new one.

I would suggest that the cylinder pressure isn't the important dial after all if you get a single dial regulator it has the psi/bar dial. The cylinder pressure just indicates when the cylinder is losing pressure which after time you will know without looking from the bubbles diminishing etc.

Saying that, you bought a dual gauge so if AM will replace then excellent.
