Got A Delivery Today!

I was so excited to day when I opened my much awaited package to see some great specimens I received!!

I couldn't wait to take some pics, they are not the best as the little buggers would not stop moving so fast.

Here are the best I could get of some of the fish that were showing some nice color, some will be awesome looking when they get a bit older.

And here are a couple new Apisto Juvies I received yesterday:

I have basically coverted my tank over to stock only Killies and Apistos ( I have really fallen in love with these two species), with the exception of some maintenance fish (catfish, plecos etc.)

Yes for the most part they occupy the top half, they will ocassionally venture downward, but mostly up top. In the wild they surface feed on insects that land on the surface. Which is partly why I got them since my Apistos generally stay toward the bottom, this way the tank does not seem crowded.

I got them from a dealer on Aquabid.com. His name is Chris Butcher, (his Aquabid ID is 90125). He is a very nice guy with some great fish.
