Hey guys, right now on my 75 gallon tank I've got a 90 gallon marine land emperor bio wheel filter, it's nice and fancy and all, but I don't think it's enough in the long run, seeing that I've got lots of big fish, which are growing rather quickly.

I'd rather not go out and get another power filter and turn my tank into a whirl pool, and I've grown pretty fond of the what the fluval U4 claims to offer. just a nice, simple, compact internal filter with a bit of power to it.

Does anyone have anything to say about the fluval U filters? are there any others with a similar design be any better? Any other filter type recommendations? Thanks much

Let me move this to the equipment and DIY section. I will leave behind a link for you.

I have no experience with that particular model but I do use a 4+, the previous generation filter. I find it functional and it maintains my 40 long for me but I wonder if it would be enough for a 75. It just seems so small in the tank. Do you know the rating of the U4?
