Good Discus Tank Mates

I was wondering what are some good discus tank mates. Anyone have discus i would love to hear what you have with it. Right now i have tetras and peacock gobies with them but i would love to get some more tank mates.

Red Tailed catfish
Pleco
Corys

I wouldn't keep redtail catfish with discus, they hit 4' and will eat them.

There are many species that could do well. The most common are: cardinal tetras, rummynose tetras, sterbai cories, rams, and many others. Many Amazonian fish are a good match. Exactly what can go with them will vary based on the exact temp and pH you keep yours at. I have seen people keep them anywhere from 4.5 to 7.8 pH, and 82-89F.

I keep my PH at around 5.8-6.0 and i have very soft water. And for the first comment kribensis are a no go. I put a pair in their and when they had babies they killed my yellow dwarf chiclids. I currently have rummynose tetras, neon tetras, peacock gobies, Siamese algae eaters, and corys. I have always loved the thought of rams but they always seem to be to sensitive for my taste. I have never been able to keep a pair alive for over 2 months.

I wouldn't do kribs either.

Clown loaches can work, they are not necessarily a problem. They are not good with live plants though, common in discus tanks.
