Good Community Tank

HI guys i have a FLUVEL ROMA 125 33gal tank that im stocking atm and have been over the last 2-3weeks so ga in there are plants and fish as follows

Fish
8 Cardinal Tetras
1 Bristlenose Pleco
4 German Rams (1male 3female)
5 Platies
5 Female Guppies (all pregnat and dyeing for no reason and not the fighter)
4 Fighting Fish (1male 3females)

Plants
4Unknown
2 Echinodorus
2 Alternanthera
more plants to be added when i next go to lfs

Hi, bit of a risky mix really to be fair. Usually male bettas do not do well in community tanks though it is possible I often think that they cause to many issues to have as a contender for a community tank. The mean clash they will have are with the rams and/or the guppies I know you may not see the betta attack the guppies but it is possible its done in the night?

Also just for starters I would not have the german rams in a community tank as they need high temperatures and low ph otherwise their life span drops from 7-10 years to 10-15 months if kept at lower temperatures and regular tap water ph (unless it is naturally soft). Usually because of this it is best to go for Bollivian Rams rather than the blue/gold/german/dutch etc as they are more community friendly and dont have the needs of the temperature and ph of the other rams.

Other than those it sounds like a nice comm tank I would just have a switch around of your feature fish so you get fish that would work well in your tank.

ph is nutral 7.0 temp is perfect for rams and male betta is fine with them all and not intressed in the females bettas jst a thing for a platie jst no i have not got a lot of experiance with small fishies only ever kept things like oscars/peacock bass etc
