difficult bringing a plec back. I nurtired a sultan back which I thougt wouldn;t and I used frozen brine enriched with garlic and spirulina. good luck but your going to have to target feed it to give it a chance

Thanks alot guys, i appreciate the help. What is aquarium garlic? Got to say I have had all sorts of fish now for a number of years but never heard of this. I am going shopping tonight to get courgette an a few other things to help, an I am going to do this saucer thing with the garlic if I can get any?

Worst case you could more than likely rub normal garlic onto which food stuff you want to use...

Haha, thanks. havent seen that for sale anywhere around here. Looks like it isnt a possibility. I have got normal garlic cloves in which I could chop up an put in the blender with the rest of the stuff? Anyone know for certain if this is ok?

Hi guys, just thought I would let you know. His stomach does appear to be filling out a little. He spends most of the day behind a massive Juwel filter so its difficult to get a good sighting, but his stomach is more flat than concave now so it looks like he is heading in the right direction. What I done was add a garlic mixture to food on the saucer but I also overfed just before turning lights off each night, then done a water change the next day. Seems to be ok and no ill-effects for anything else. Thanks for the help!!
