Golden Gourami help!

Hi all, new member so thanks for having me.

I am hoping you can help with figuring out the gender of the gouramis we have please as we have 3 and one of them is attacking both a female and a male, but I am unsure if the aggressive one is male or female! We thought it was a female but maybe not so help would be much appreciated please, photo attached.

It looks female how long have you had them together? Size of the tank?

We think it's a 160L tank but haven't measured to confirm, and they've been together about 3 months but they came together with the tank. If that's the case we have 2 females but one is very aggressive to the other.

Female gourami can become the dominant one in a group of 3. Even bullying the male. How much hiding space do you have in the tank?
Try rearranging the tank to remove any territorial area.
