Going Shopping Today

So what do you think of these fishwill they be okay in my current set-up)

angels
barbs(either tiger or gold or cherry)
various tetra
Other_please list..if you have any ideas...

I don't know about gold or cherry barbs, but tiger barbs are an awesome fish, IF you can keep them in a group of about 6 or more, in that size shoal they tend to keep to themselves with the chasing/fin nipping.
I kept Tiger Barbs in my main tank until I over cleaned/treated for Ich and ended up killin 2/3 of the shoal. Wonderful fish though, really active and fun to watch. But when the other 4 died the 2 remaining relentlessly harrased the other remaining fish.

If you're going to add angelfish, don't add tetras and watch the guppies. Golden barbs don't nip as much as tigers but I would still suggest cherry or checker barbs instead if you go for angels and also for your gouramies' sake.

maybe congo tetras they are a little bigger so that can be good but i like tiger barbs better they look so cool
