I just came back from a month's holiday and my fish were fed sparesely every few days by (fish)clueless people.
I really wouldn't worry about it ! Your fish will be fine

Why not have her call you on your cell phone or call the place where you will be at if there is something she needs to ask you and if you don't have a cell phone take hers or your dads.
