Gobies wiping out my shrimp

I was told gobies eat algae . They don't care for the algae tablets that I put in the tank. They rather hunt my ghost shrimp . Sigh , I have 5 gobies in my tank.

Its very common for gobies to eat shrimp whether theyre babies or adults. So in my opinion it isnt the best to put them together.
