Gluval 405 Hose Diameter

Hi im planning to use external co2 reactor/mixer and came across this with couple good revives of few forums I goggled

mixer/reactor

the connection on this is
Specification:

* Connection Tube :12/16mm
* Size: 135mm x 128mm x 255mm

if fluval is different would i be able to get adaptor somewhere ?

the 405 is 17mm.
You can get hose reducers/ enlargers.
