I've got few open cuts on my hand and just to be safe I wanna wear some gloves when doing maintenance. What types are safe and won't affect the water? Thanks

The ones I used were ordinary household cleaning gloves. Anything that doesn't have powder inside them.

Won't you be needing the arm length gloves?

I can tell you, the vets ones (Insemination) and the pond 'Gold' ones leak badly.

If you want some that don't leak then I think it'll have to be the 'Pond' gloves that are so thick you can't feel a thing with them.

If you find anything better please let us know.

If the cuts are on his hands, then the gloves i stated will be fine. They are watertight at the rim. Just make sure you order the small ones so they're tight
