Ghost shrimp has eggs inside......

I just bought 2 ghost shrimp a couple days ago to help clean my fry tank and I got a pregnant one(full with green eggs). Since my cichlids love frozen shrimp I figure why not try to raise these as live food for them. So does anyone know how?

PS: the other shrimp(male?) has this long white string/tube thats inside its body and today i saw it completely outside of the body, but through it's mouth. What is it???
