this will also help, it is the beginner forum here. (it helped me a lot!!!)
a testing kit is necessary and very much recommended, but you can still do a cycle without it.
first thing you will need to do is do a large water change, at least 50%
a 50% change will probably be needed every day, make sure to add de-chlorinator when adding water back in
you will notice that your fish will be more lively by doing daily water changes,
these will have to be done for at least 1 month.
if you have any more questions just ask.
the black rocks in your filter bag are carbon, this takes out chemicals from the water, it is not usually needed unless you have added chemicals for sick fish.
oh and could you add periods in your future post...or at least line breaks, its hard to decipher. lol
