having a 220L at home which will home some angels, gunna get small ones to pair them off then they are going to the shop to breed but undecided to what other fish i could have with them, obviously not stupid choices like gups etc.....

what would you recommend? its gunna have an internal filter and a series of slate caves on the base with just a couple of tall growers
and some java ferns and some riccia on bogwood,

What are you water stats? (pH, hardness)

you could have lots of things with angels, theres gouramis, severums, sharks,
Heres a list off of one site...

Black Skirt Tetra, Blind Cave Tetra, Chinese Algae Eater, Congo Tetra, Corydoras Catfish, Diamond Tetra, Gouramis, Kuhli Loach, Lemon Tetra, Mollies, Platies, Plecostomus, Rainbows, Serpae Tetra, Silver Dollars, Silver Tip Tetra, Swordtail

it doesnt include a couple that i mentioned above but i know from expierence that the ones i mentioned at first also do work.

Fish stats kind of matter first if you don't want your fish to be stressed.
