oops, yeah i meant NOTI think questions meant to say "I would NOT recommend"
Bettas and gouramis are a no-no. They will not get along in the same tank as they are too closely related.
What type of frog? Is it an ADF or ACF? If you don't know then further research is definitely needed. Neither really belong in a set up with fish, but for different reasons.
ADF and ACF are both nearly blind, relying on other senses to interact in the tank. They both scavenge for food, but the ADF, due to size, cannot out compete fish for food. By the time the ADF can sniff it out, most is eaten due to the fish. ACF on the other hand will end up eating the fish and the food.
ADF are webbing on their front and back toes, eyes flush into the sides of their face. They grow UP TO 1.5-2".
ACF have webbing only on the back feet, eyes on top of their heads. They grow up to 6".
